Job Description
- Adhere to financial regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Keep fixed asset documentations for references.
- Prepare monthly depreciation postings and annual account reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate transfer of account data to General Ledger.
- Perform tag numbers to fixed assets.
- Turn the project costs into fixed asset accounts and close out those accounts once the related projects have been completed.
- Investigates the potential obsolescence of the fixed assets.
- Conduct periodic physical counts of fixed assets.
- Prepare property tax returns.
- Represent the company during any audits by a government that involve fixed assets.
- Track company expenditures for fixed assets in comparison to the capital budget and management authorizations.
- Review and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation.
- Handling all the company Fixed Assets procedures of Hiring and resigning Candidates and Employees.
- Controlling and preparing assets documents for all new assets rotation plans, Assets Movements and delivering Assets within the specified time with no errors.
Job Requirements
- Experience 1:2 years at the same role- Supply chain field.
- Bachelor’s degree of commerce / Business Administrations or its equivalent.
- Postgraduate studies in Finance or accounting management.
- IFRS certificate is preferred.
