Job Description

  1. Adhere to financial regulations, policies, and procedures.
  2. Keep fixed asset documentations for references.
  3. Prepare monthly depreciation postings and annual account reports.
  4. Ensure timely and accurate transfer of account data to General Ledger.
  5. Perform tag numbers to fixed assets.
  6. Turn the project costs into fixed asset accounts and close out those accounts once the related projects have been completed.
  7. Investigates the potential obsolescence of the fixed assets.
  8. Conduct periodic physical counts of fixed assets.
  9. Prepare property tax returns.
  10. Represent the company during any audits by a government that involve fixed assets.
  11. Track company expenditures for fixed assets in comparison to the capital budget and management authorizations.
  12. Review and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation.
  13. Handling all the company Fixed Assets procedures of Hiring and resigning Candidates and Employees.
  14. Controlling and preparing assets documents for all new assets rotation plans, Assets Movements and delivering Assets within the specified time with no errors.

Job Requirements

  • Experience 1:2 years at the same role- Supply chain field.
  • Bachelor’s degree of commerce / Business Administrations or its equivalent.
  • Postgraduate studies in Finance or accounting management.
  • IFRS certificate is preferred.
