Job Description

Etisalat UAE is now hiring English speakers to work as Customer Service Advisors for the expert Desk Blended Account ( Complaints account / Second line) 

Job type: Full time 

Job benefits:

  • Net salary 5400EGP/Month (4600 net basic, 800 KPI’s)
  • Social and Medical insurance
  • Free VPN line

Working conditions:

  • 8 working hours, 1 hour break ( Rotational Shifts )
  • 5 working days ,2 days off (Rotational)

 Location: Maadi (Transportation NOT provided)

Job Requirements

  • Graduates Males & Females
  • English Level B1+//B2
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • No previous experience required
  • Max age 34
