Job Description
- Assist in organizing Cost control set-up for an assigned project. Prepare estimates and budget & cost control reports. Analyse and provide necessary cost and budget information to the Supervisor/Project Management and Corporate Management
- Provide assigned project cost budgets including material, manpower and equipment/material costs, sub-contracts, third party services and financial cost etcetera.
- Coordinate with the project engineers to clarify any query/discrepancies. Assist in the identification and mitigation of project risks.
- Propose new suggestion if any and keep improving/updating the process of effective cost control.
- Develop historical Cost database of a project for future reference.
- Provide training and guidance to new/junior Cost Control personnel.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in (Mechanical / Electrical/ Civil)
- Primavera - MS office
- Primavera, PRMG, PMP (is a plus), CCP
- (5-7) Years of Experience
