Job Description
Project Management
- Oversee all project phases from planning to final handover.
- Develop detailed project schedules and ensure adherence.
- Coordinate with all project stakeholders (clients, engineers, suppliers, and contractors).
Resource Planning
- Identify project resource needs, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Prepare project budgets and ensure compliance.
Work Execution Oversight
- Supervise teams specializing in flooring and marble installation to ensure tasks meet specifications and standards.
- Verify the quality of materials used and ensure they meet required specifications.
- Monitor project progress and address any delays or challenges.
Quality Management
- Ensure adherence to approved quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to verify the quality of finishing works.
Risk Management
- Analyze potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Communication and Reporting
- Prepare periodic project status reports for senior management.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on project progress and address their requirements.
Continuous Improvement
- Suggest innovative technical solutions to improve workflow.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in finishing works, particularly in flooring and marble installation.
Job Objective
To oversee the planning, execution, and management of finishing projects, with a focus on flooring and marble installation, ensuring their completion on time, within budget, and according to quality standards and client requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Project Management.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing finishing projects, with hands-on experience in flooring and marble installation.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards and safety regulations.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent analytical and planning skills.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is a plus.
