Job Description
- Managing existing accounts seeking to expand volume, introduce new products and enhance margin
- Organizing sales visits & meets with customers and clients
- Contact potential customers for new business opportunities - Address customer queries in timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with sales management to develop business plan for assigned account
- Prepare sales forecast reports for management on monthly basis
- Negotiate with customers regarding product pricing
- Monitoring business activities and competitors’ actions within assigned territory seeking to gain market share by expanding customer base and product usage
- Meet time deadlines for accounts
- Handle inquiries and complaints from customers whenever necessary
- Any other duties as assigned by the department Manager
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of Experience
- Engineering graduate
