Job Description
- Provide administrative support related to the project, including tracking and monitoring project activities (obtaining data, data management, following results, distributing and archiving of documents)
- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
- Coordinate with different Activity (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing /Civil….etc).
- Checking and preparing site reports, designs, and drawings.
- Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
- Preferred previous experience in consulting offices.
- Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings then prepare MOM
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Take immediate corrective actions to avoid any cumulative effect of deviation and recover the delay to finish the tasks according to the deadlines
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Daily reporting and support to head of department.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in high reputable companies in fit out projects.
- Previous experience in high quality fine finishing.
- Bachelor of Engineering Architecture, civil or construction management.
- Required 5-8 site experience in finishing work (fit-out works).
- Perfect user of Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel), Expert in AUTOCAD and MS project.
- Private car for the flexibility of movement between projects and driving license is a plus.
- Cost control and planning skills.
- Ability to handle pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Strong writing abilities (Emails – Reports).
- Preferred a Giza residents.
- Proactive attitude.
- Flexibility to travel.
- PMP, PRMG, IPMA is a plus.
