Job Description
- Manage day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
- Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
- Achieve the targets, KPI, schedules, policies and procedures.
- Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations.
- Report to management regarding sales results and productivity
- Ensures that all duties and procedures are carried out according to the set standards.
- Ensures that all aspects of the operation achieve and maintain manages the Operations in a way that achieves high standards of service guest’s satisfaction.
- Supports in menu planning and the research and development of new trends in food and beverage items, and to work closely with the Production department on products development.
- Builds a strong and cohesive management team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Equivalent relative to Field Expertise.
- Proven food and beverage management experience 2 to 5 years.
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS).
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
- Mastery in delegating multiple tasks.
- Communication and leadership skills.
- Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices.
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
- Excellent interpersonal/relationship building skills.
- Able to communicate clearly and concisely orally and in writing.
- Professional attitude and appearance at all times.
