Job Description
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Responding on time to service issues and requests.
- Providing technical support across the organization (this may be physically or over the phone)
- Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.
- Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images, and software.
- Diagnosing errors troubleshooting & maintaining network connections or any other computer systems.
- Setting up accounts for new users.
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
