Job Description
- Preparation of all documents and paperwork required to register the products and then reviewed by the Director of the Department.
- Assisting in the submission of the import plans of the governmental bodies that are entitled to register (vaccines, veterinary medicines, feed additives, pesticides) with all required attachments (import approval - product price in Egyptian pound) and payment of financial dues to government agencies.
- Periodic follow-up with various government agencies regarding the registration of new products.
- Follow-up to renewal of registration of products before the completion of sufficient time.
- Coordinate with the Import Department to follow up the analysis of the items received in the governmental laboratories and refer directly to the director of the results.
- Organize files for registration management
- Regularly send copies of new or re-registered registration certificates to the import department and development department.
- Photography of scientific files and the work of copies required for government bodies of the scientific file.
Job Requirements
- BSc. in veterinary medicine.
- 4 years experience in regulatory affairs.
- Very good interpersonal Skills (Communication and negotiation) .
- Very good command of MS office
