Job Description
- Extend our Data Base And Extract A New Clients
- Feeding Our System With All Required Data
- Send Surveys To Our Clients For Evaluating Our Service
- Keep Following Up With The Current Clients
- Providing Our Clients With All Required Information
- Supporting Our Clients and all arrangement before processing the shipment
- Passing All Shipment Information To The Client To Arrange For Booking
- Shipment Follow Up And Sending Reports To Clients
- Arrange Appointments preferred via online
- Communicate with customers to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction up on customers’ requests.
- Follow up customer feedbacks and Providing All Aftersales Services To Evaluate The Customer Satisfaction.
- Collecting All Payments After Completing The Sale
- Extending Our Service Via Social Media
- Prepare accurate Weekly And Monthly reports for upper management Regarding The Current And New Clients
- Achieving Corporate Objectives
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience in logistics and international transportation field.
- Excellent knowledge of shipping (Sea/AIR), custom clearance (import/ export) , trucking process .
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Logistics / international transportation Market is required.
- Very Good Sales and Negotiation Skills.
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational abilit
- Ability to work in a pressure environment.
- Fluency in English is must
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
- BS in business administration, logistics or related field preferred,
