Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Generalist for a project-based assignment lasting 3 months. The role will focus on developing and implementing key HR deliverables, including organizational charts, job descriptions, employee relations, HR policies, and a comprehensive company pay grade structure. This position requires someone who can collaborate effectively with business partners, attend strategic meetings, and contribute to shaping the company's HR framework.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Organizational Development:

  • Design and update organizational charts reflecting company structure and reporting lines.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure accuracy and alignment of the org chart with business goals.

Job Descriptions (JDs):

  • Draft and standardize job descriptions for all roles across departments.
  • Ensure JDs are aligned with organizational objectives and industry standards.

Employee Relations:

  • Handle minimal employee relations cases, providing advice and resolving concerns in line with company policies.
  • Support the HR team in ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Business Partner Collaboration:

  • Attend meetings with business partners and provide HR insights and support.
  • Act as an HR representative to align business and people strategies.

Policy Development:

  • Create and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and organizational needs.
  • Communicate new policies effectively to ensure smooth implementation.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive pay grade structure.
  • Conduct market research to ensure competitiveness and equity within the compensation framework.

     

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of HR generalist experience, with exposure to organizational design, employee relations, and policy creation.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to deliver high-quality outputs within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with business partners.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Solid understanding of local labor laws and best HR practices.
