Job Description
- Manage accountants’ activities on a daily basis and ensure that all company transactions, payables, receivable and inventory balances are reflected correctly on a daily basis.
- Ensure proper implementation and application of systems, policies and procedures
- Ensure company dues and collections are administered accurately and on time.
- Ensure proper coordination with the various involved departments and the accounting department to ensure smooth processing.
- Issue accurate monthly closing reports.
- Update accounting methods to keep the department UpToDate.
- Prepare management reports periodically and on ad-hoc basis.
- Ensure that accounting records are accurate and reflect reality.
- Issue accurate financial statements on time.
