Job Description
- Conducting outgoing calls to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements.
- Record customer personal information accurately in a computer system.
- Presenting our projects in a structured professional way face to face.
- Conducting Meetings with Potential buyers
- Finalizing Buying Process and coordinating with Developers
- Conducting outgoing calls to prospective customers.

- Finalizing Buying Process and coordinating with Developers
- Ability to planning and organizing Projects' database (Hard-copy and Soft-copy) to ensure sales opportunity maximization.
- Developing a full understanding of the business and real estate market-place.
- Negotiating contracts with clients and developers.
- Organizing on-site sales visits.
- Attending and representing Property Hub in exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
- Generating new sales leads.
Job Requirements
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
- Talented and Self Motivated.
- Experience in Brokerage is preferred.
- Real Estate Experience is a must.
- High ability to achieve and exceed the sales target.
- Active Listening — Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
- 1-3 years in the same position.
