Analyze potential and existing markets in order to identify business opportunities and Generate new leads with the aim of creating more sales.
Searching for new clients who might benefit from company services and maximizing client potential in designated regions.
Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
Scheduling appointments, preparing and delivering presentation to the client, having researched their business and requirements.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and various sales tools on effective development of business opportunities for the company.
Develop campaigns and other activities that will help in increasing the recognition of the company and supporting marketing mission.
Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects.
Liaising with other members of the sales and technical experts

Bachelor's Degree in architecture engineering.
2-4 years of experience in selling Architectural/ Interior Design related services.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Very good Command in English. - Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with business application.
Must own a car.
