Job Description

  • Analyze potential and existing markets in order to identify business opportunities and Generate new leads with the aim of creating more sales.
  • Searching for new clients who might benefit from company services and maximizing client potential in designated regions. 
  • Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
  • Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs. 
  • Scheduling appointments, preparing and delivering presentation to the client, having researched their business and requirements. 
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and various sales tools on effective development of business opportunities for the company. 
  • Develop campaigns and other activities that will help in increasing the recognition of the company and supporting marketing mission. 
  • Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects. 
  • Liaising with other members of the sales and technical experts

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in architecture engineering. 
  • 2-4 years of experience in selling Architectural/ Interior Design related services. 
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Very good Command in English. - Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. 
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with business application. 
  • Must own a car.
