Job Description
- Analyze potential and existing markets in order to identify business opportunities and Generate new leads with the aim of creating more sales.
- Searching for new clients who might benefit from company services and maximizing client potential in designated regions.
- Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
- Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
- Scheduling appointments, preparing and delivering presentation to the client, having researched their business and requirements.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and various sales tools on effective development of business opportunities for the company.
- Develop campaigns and other activities that will help in increasing the recognition of the company and supporting marketing mission.
- Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects.
- Liaising with other members of the sales and technical experts
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in architecture engineering.
- 2-4 years of experience in selling Architectural/ Interior Design related services.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Very good Command in English. - Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with business application.
- Must own a car.
