Job Description

  • Process in-house payrolls.
  • Enter and maintain employee pay data, update payroll records as needed.
  • Track salary adjustments, sick and vacation time.
  • Update employee payroll deductions and verify deductions match enrollment report.
  • Perform employment verification when requested.
  • Research and resolve pay issues.
  • Review insurance billings to accurately reconcile between bill, payments and deductions.
  • Participate in year-end payroll tasks.
  • Process employee changes and transactions in HR and Payroll systems with high level of accuracy and data integrity.
  • Answer staff queries regarding payroll and human resource matters
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum experience 3-5 Years in payroll is a must.
  • HR certificate is preferred.
  • Proven work experience at least 2 years in personnel & payroll. In-depth knowledge of general accounting principles and payroll best practices
