Job Description
- Process in-house payrolls.
- Enter and maintain employee pay data, update payroll records as needed.
- Track salary adjustments, sick and vacation time.
- Update employee payroll deductions and verify deductions match enrollment report.
- Perform employment verification when requested.
- Research and resolve pay issues.
- Review insurance billings to accurately reconcile between bill, payments and deductions.
- Participate in year-end payroll tasks.
- Process employee changes and transactions in HR and Payroll systems with high level of accuracy and data integrity.
- Answer staff queries regarding payroll and human resource matters
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum experience 3-5 Years in payroll is a must.
- HR certificate is preferred.
- Proven work experience at least 2 years in personnel & payroll. In-depth knowledge of general accounting principles and payroll best practices
