Job Summary:

The goal of the CRM is to facilitate the use of CRM software to improve the efforts of the sales, customer service, and marketing teams. Their job is to ensure that whoever needs to use the software interacts smoothly with the technology. While their role is ultimately the “CRM evangelist,” they also help companies use the software to their advantage to create better customer relationships by building the brand’s reputation

Key job responsibilities

  • Establishing workflows and standards or entering data in the CRM
  • Spotting ways to improve usage of the CRM through automating basic everyday tasks.
  • Analyzing the marketing reports to determine what kind of customer trends the business should respond to
  • Maintaining system and monitoring data quality.
  • System reports; Solving general inquiries of all system users.
  • Market– Customer Satisfaction Survey.
  • Marketing Campaign Management
  • Monitoring and following-up Target Groups/Participants.
  • Customer Commitment: Monitoring of Customer Complaint, Customer Satisfaction Goodwill maintenance.
  • Sales Funnel Management: Ensuring KPI target achievement; Monitoring Lead quality and supporting Sales/Marketing with specific reports.

Job Requirements

Required skills, expertise & Knowledge:

Professional Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2-4 years' experience in CRM Analysis is a must .
  • HubSpot experience is a must.
  • Very good English.
  • Very Good Computer skills
  • Education or software Background is preferable.
