Job Description
- Coordinating with the Drivers
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring vehicles
- Schedule and dispatch drivers for efficient and timely delivery to customers
- Monitor vehicles and routes and adjust as needed to optimize delivery times and minimize fuel consumption
- Respond promptly to any issues or emergencies that arise during delivery operations
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely and safe delivery.
- Provide updates on orders and deliveries to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in developing and implementing logistics strategies and policies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience in logistics or supply chain management.
- Excellent command of English.
- Strong computer skills.
- Familiarity with the Odoo system is preferred.
- Skills in follow-up and reporting.
