*Scope of Work:

1- Health Checking: Regular health check service provides BSS Application status information for identifying potential issues and operations bottlenecks to ensure the availability, performance, capacity, and security of the BSS Application in the production environment.

2- Application Monitoring: Application monitoring service uses automatic scripts to monitor Application status and performance in the production environment, keeping track of application resources (i.e. application component status, concurrent users, concurrent tasks, etc.).

3- Capacity Management: Capacity management service collects the capacity data of the BSS Application deployed in the production environment to help the Customer to analyze the capacity data trends and determines whether expansion is required or not (i.e. adding new servers and/or adjusting current deployment capacity configuration).

4- Performance Tuning: Performance tuning service is to analyze and diagnose the resource trends and problems which cause performance bottlenecks. Design and perform a tuning solution to improve application performance.

5- Application Security: The application security service implements security policies and baseline configuration at the application level that are based on the defined BSS security framework.

6- Log Archive & Purge: Purging is the process that frees up space or deletes obsolete log files that are not required by the application. In general, the purge process is based on the age of the log files. Archiving is the process of backing up obsolete log files that will be deleted during the purge process. Log archive & purge service for BSS application management is to improve the performance of BSS applications in the production environment.

7- Application Reporting: The application reporting service provides comprehensive statistics and reports, which includes daily report, weekly report, and monthly report, to analyze the current and historical performance of the BSS application deployed in the production environment.

8-  Documentation: Documentation service documents and uploads knowledge into the system for sharing purposes. Knowledge of BSS Application Management includes operation manual updates, technical design document updates, problem resolution, etc.

9- Problem Handling: Problem Handling service analyzes BSS application problems, identifies root causes, and provides resolution for implementation to ensure the availability of the BSS Application in the production environment.

10- Incident Handling: Incident handling service resolve all incidents related to BSS Application and restores normal service operation within the agreed service quality and availability.

11- BSS Application Patch Update: BSS application patch update service deploys the patch to fix the problem or implement new business requirements into BSS Application.
