Job Description

1- Assist in design, development, and training implementation

  • Identify training needs (TNA) and objectives of the needed training and courses.
  • Planning, designing, and implementing online and offline training\courses.
  • Writing educational videos scripts
  • Creating educational videos storyboards
  • Editing and reviewing training materials (Manual, power-point, attachments, assessments, …)
  • Organize external or internal training programs.

2- Trainers relations

  • Assist in reaching trainers and consultants.
  • Check trainers’ availability and coordinate with them.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field. 
  • 2-3 Years of Relevant Experience. 
  • Experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS), instructional design, adult learning/education. 
  • Experience in R&D is a must. 
  • Knowledge, skills, and abilities requirements 
  • Exceptional communication both in writing and in person. 
  • Multi-tasker. 
  • Ability to conduct research. 
  • Excellent organizational skills 
  • Ability to think creatively of solutions. 
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships both in-person and virtually. 
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office package tools, Google package and similar platforms.
