Job Description
1- Assist in design, development, and training implementation
- Identify training needs (TNA) and objectives of the needed training and courses.
- Planning, designing, and implementing online and offline training\courses.
- Writing educational videos scripts
- Creating educational videos storyboards
- Editing and reviewing training materials (Manual, power-point, attachments, assessments, …)
- Organize external or internal training programs.
2- Trainers relations
- Assist in reaching trainers and consultants.
- Check trainers’ availability and coordinate with them.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 2-3 Years of Relevant Experience.
- Experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS), instructional design, adult learning/education.
- Experience in R&D is a must.
- Knowledge, skills, and abilities requirements
- Exceptional communication both in writing and in person.
- Multi-tasker.
- Ability to conduct research.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to think creatively of solutions.
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships both in-person and virtually.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office package tools, Google package and similar platforms.
