Job Description
- Prepare the required tax analysis by tax authority to be reviewed by the tax manager.
- Prepare the supported documentations needed for tax audits.
- Do regular visits to tax authority to submit necessary documentation/communications.
- Prepare the required documentations for tax registrations.
- Follow-up with tax authority regarding adjustment needed in tax electronic portal.
- Assist in preparation all tax reporting (i.e. Monthly VAT, Monthly payroll, Quarterly WHT, Monthly foreign WHT –if any- and YE Corporate tax return) before final review by tax manager.
- Contact the finance department regarding tax payment for all tax reporting.
- Communicate the treasury team to execute the tax payment after confirmation by tax supervisor
- Review the provided documentations by finance department making sure of accurate tax accounting.
- Review the monthly taxation BS accounts, report any inaccurate tax allocation to tax manager.
- Reconcile the tax payments with the related tax accounts, making sure of correct allocation.
- Prepare the required yearend tax figures to be reviewed by tax manager.
- Provide the statutory team with the required tax analysis after signoff by tax manager and tax director.
Job Requirements
- Commerce Degree / Accounting section
- 5-8 experience in taxation department
- MS office / Advanced level in MS excel is a must
- Excellent command in both Arabic / English.
