Job Description

  • Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
  • Prepare job descriptions, job analysis and job evaluations
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Help in making employees monthly, semi annual work plan and ensure it is compiling with company and department work plans
  • Handle performance appraisal forms of employees semi annually
  • Handling all Hiring processes, preparing employee files, social insurance forms 1,2,6 and create employees' bank accounts and any other relevant tasks.
  • Handles all personnel tasks.
  • Handles Monthly Attendance.
  • Process the Monthly Payroll, Overtime, and KPIs.
  • Ensures Employees’ adherence to the company’ policies
  • Processing transfers, promotions, and terminations.
  • Handles All employee Relations matters.
  • Administering on-the-job training programs.
  • Updates and Creates HR policies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Creativity and excellent Microsoft office especially excel is a must
  • Previous experience in it field is a must
  • Experience in payroll and recruitment & very good knowledge in personnel is a must.
  • FLUENT written and spoken English
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
  • Very good knowledge of employment/labor laws, and  excellent awareness of new taxes laws
