Job Description

AlGooru is hunting for the next generation of Growth talents!

We’re looking for a Media Buyer

First, a little bit about us????

AlGooru is an ed-tech startup that matches students and parents with qualified tutors through a mobile app.

 

What you’ll be doing

You will mainly be responsible for:????

  • Planning digital campaigns to recruit and activate customers through our whole sales funnel stages (New users acquisition, current users activation, Optimizing drop-offs), and hit the overall sales target.
  • Executing the media buying plan across all platforms (TikTok, Google, FB, IG, Twitter, Snapchat).
  • Reporting key performance metrics for running campaigns.
  • Installing, using, and auditing the analytics stack (GA4, Adjust, Google Data Studio) to measure, report, and initiate data-driven decisions.
  • Write endless creative instruments for your next performance campaigns.

 

A day in your life would look like this:????

  • Checking and reporting on all active campaign main metrics.
  • Reporting on progress towards targeted KPI.
  • Optimize running campaigns and recording changes.
  • Planning next campaigns, competitive research, listing needed visual assets, and coordinating execution with our creative team.
  • Launching new campaigns, and A/B tests on all platforms (Google, FB, IG, Twitter, Snap, TikTok).
  • Conducting thorough data analysis on past campaigns to learn from mistakes and optimize.


 

Job Requirements

What skills & experience you’ll bring to us????

We expect the ideal candidate for this rule to have deep knowledge & experience in the following:

  • Google Analytics 4
  • Google Data Studio
  • Adjust (or any other mobile measurement partner)
  • UxCam (or similar product analysis partners)
  • Google ads
  • Facebook ads
  • TikTok ads
  • Snapchat ads
  • Experimentation mindset: Our ideal candidate should believe in relentless experimentation, he should initiate ideas to test and be able to develop the right framework to launch and test and measure quickly.
  • Ability to go beyond the dashboards: Our ideal candidate should be able to influence optimizations in the numbers through changes in the actual product/offering not just from the ads dashboard, based on his understanding of the customers' problems and based on campaigns data analysis.
