Analyze current technologies used within the company and determine ways to improve
Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates
Work closely with Information Technology professionals within the company to ensure hardware is available for projects and working properly
Propose and establish framework for necessary contributions from various departments
Account for possible project challenges on constraints including, risks, time, resources and scope.
Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor progress of initiatives
Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions
Define clear goals for all aspects of a project and manage their proper execution
Design and architecture reviews
Architecture decisions concerning requirements raised by stakeholders
Promotion of shared infrastructure and applications to reduce costs and improve information flow
Identify architectural gaps and conflicts; determine what needs to be done and how it will be carried out
Build, maintain, and evolve company coding, architectural, and methodology standards
Decide the most suitable architecture and technologies to be used

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or engineering
Minimum 8 years of experience
Strong technical background with hands-on experience in the latest architectural technologies.
Experience delivering complex projects, while supporting multiple projects at once
Good organizational skills with high business sense and ability to set priorities.
