Job Description
- Manage applicant database and tracking system to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Manage company Facebook page by updating it daily with upcoming opportunities to inquiries from potential panelists.
- Manage work of recruiting coordinators as appropriate.
- Work closely with Sr. Management regarding strategic headcount issues/ planning activities. Conduct interviews and assist managers with candidate selection via the internet and other various networking functions.
- Be responsible for recruiter’s performance and make sure the required number achieved throw the delivered plan.
- Working with recruiters to find applicants to fill open positions
- Assessing candidates based on their background and experience
- Conducting CBI interviews with candidates
- Arrange for college campus visits, and job fairs
- Researching new opportunities in how the company can find and attract better candidates
- Using applicant tracking systems to help weed through high-volume positions
Job Requirements
- Grads only
- Experience in Mass hiring Recruitment is a must
- Fluency in English is a must
- Min of 1 year experience as senior Recruitment
