Job Description

Job Summary:

As Export Sales Coordinator, is responsible for supporting international sales representatives and customers through a hybrid role of Order Fulfillment and Account Management. The role is responsible for clear and concise communication between the International Account Managers, Fulfillment Staff and the External Customers. The role makes decisions and collaborates within assigned market group. Assists in the management of the international distribution system. Liaison for operations and purchasing departments to ensure international orders are filled and shipped properly. Also performs limited inside sales functions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Acts as both Sales and Fulfillment with the ability to coordinate between both departments.
  • Responsible for effectively supporting international sales representatives and customers through direct customer support by growing relationships with larger accounts in specific markets.
  • Communicate and coordinate with plant schedulers, shipping, Int’l Sales members, and transportation
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments along with resolving order issues as they occur.
  • Assist in billing, adjusting, crediting, and invoicing customer orders.
  • Receive, review, validate, and process export documentation for each shipment accurately, thoroughly, efficiently while performing all functions within a strict time frame.
  • Maintain quality service with, high level of expertise including order processing, invoicing, and document reviews.
  • Provide excellent and timely customer service skills and shipment follow up by proactively informing customers of the status of their shipments, answering questions to the best of your ability and referring customers to the department management when his/her questions are more technical.
  • Advise the department management of any delays, problems and/or question any irregularities discovered within an assigned order.
  • Document and track import/export shipping documents.
  • Responsible for maintaining effective business relations with international customers.
  • Receives incoming sales calls and answers questions from foreign customers.
  • Provides pricing and inventory information.
  • Responsibility to include the gathering of all new customer documentation for new account set up to include samples of documentation needed.

Job Requirements

  • -Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Pharmacy or Chemical Engineering..
  • -Relevant professional certification is a plus.
  • -Holding training certification as Management and Leadership, time management, etc…
  • -Experience from 5 to 8 years in B2B Sales and Marketing with multi-dimensional.
  • -Fluent English, and any other language is a plus.
  • -Having a car is a plus.
  • -Excellent negotiation skills.
  • -Excellent English and Arabic language level both spoken and written.
  • -Excellent user of Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, and ERP system practical experience is a must.
  • - Problem-solving skills.
  • -Good interpersonal skills.
  • -Excellent customer service, communication, analytical thinking, and sales skills.
  • -Attention to details.
