Job Description

  • Manage the day-to-day work of the Chairman Office, ensuring smooth and seamless flow of work.
  • Ensure the Chairman’s travel booking and internal/external appointments and Executive diaries are coordinated to maximize efficiency and effective time management.
  • Communicate with Board Members on a regular basis to ensure maximum participation of Board members in strategic and business planning activities.
  • Organize Board meetings & events and engage members effectively in internal/external communication.
  • Capable of taking professional meeting minutes and follow up on urgent requests by the Chairman.
  • Coordinates preparation and timely dissemination of company reports and slide presentations for board meetings.
  • Provide administrative support for meetings, including drafting, circulating meeting agendas, preparing minutes, communicating meeting reminders, confirming venues, and follow up on all duties requested. Writing and distributing comprehensive meeting minutes, action plan to all members post meeting and follow up.
  • Organized Chairman travel logistics including flights, visa requirements, hotel accommodation, car rental, meeting schedules while travelling and completing expenses.
  • Creates highly effective organizational and filing systems, including quick and thorough indexing, filing, resulting in easy access to critical information and streamlined office functioning.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, GUC, AUC in business administration preferable.
  • Not less than 5 years of relevant experience in same role, real estate experience is preferable. 
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills, plus excellent organization skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic & English, written and spoken, and excellent drafting skills.
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, email & internet).
  • Working conditions might be inside & outside office. 
  • Attending official conference & exhibitions (inside Egypt).

Characteristics

  • More than 2 languages highly required.
  • Native English speaking.
  • Foreigners can apply with minimum of 5 years’ experience in Egypt.
