For our customer, a German E-Commerce-Startup we are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist.

Job Requirements
Responsibilities:
-Be the contact person for clients and partners (email, by phone, chat);
-Creating offers per email for customers and managing orders in the shop system;
-Managing connections between customers and suppliers;
-Updating and managing orders;
-Supporting and managing sales activities;
-Interacting with logistic/warehouse team to manage orders.
Requirements:
-Must have: Fluent in German language (writing and talking), minimum C1 expected;
-2+ years of professional experience in a similar domain;
-Fulltime Monday to Friday work in the office (Maadi);
-Proficient working experience with Excel.
