Job Description/ Responsibilities:
- Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules budgets that meet them.
- Determines critical-path activities for assigned discipline or specialties and identifies significant activities supporting inter-discipline requirements and identifies the critical path for discipline or specialty work activities.
- Prepare Project time Schedule and baseline
- Monitor, tracking projects progress and writing reports.
- Prepare and follow up cost control reports.
- Creates progress and performance curves with dashboards to top management for all projects.
- Communicating with managers and supervisors to follow projects requirements.
- Ensuring that all projects are completed on time within budgets.
- Create Purchase orders and procurement plan according to the time schedule and construction work flow in project.
- Attend Project consultant meeting and take notes for any new constraints in schedule.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor of Civil engineering with good understanding for project management.
- +2 years solid experience in planning and scheduling.
- Computer proficiency: Primavera & Microsoft Office are a must.
