Job Description
- Research, Design, Develop and draw of HVAC, Firefighting and plumbing systems with the ability of coordination with other departments to meet the client’s requirements with accordance to codes and standards.
- Preparation of scale drawing of details required for contract drawing.
- Preparation of B.O.Q and specifications.
- Analyzes space utilization effectiveness and changing demands for space needs: recommends actions to meet new requirements.
- Use Hourly Analysis Program - HVAC Heat Load Calculations – Duct sizer for Ducting – ASHRAE duct fitting.
- Ability to make Hydraulic calculations with Elite fire programs.
- Domestic hydraulic calculations.
- Water tanks and Pump calculations,
- Supervise, Inspect and review of all Mechanical installations on site.
- Reviewal with feedback replies on IR’s, MIR’s, MS’s and RFI’s.
- Attends coordination meetings with Client, PM and contractors.
Job Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering bachelor degree (Cairo, Ain Shams, Helwan or Ain Shams University)
- 7-10 Years of experience in HVAC, FIREFIGHTING AND PLUMBING
- DESIGN AND SUPERVISION Experience IS A MUST
- Excellent knowledge of International/Local codes and standards.
- Excellent knowledge of Method of statement, specifications and Installations.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel.
- Excellent English language
