Job Description
1-Achieving required production plan to meet deadlines and market demands.
2-Responsible for standardization and sustainability of all production processes regarding GMP. Regulations and the quality systems.
3-Leading production workforce with the most effective manner.
4- Responsible for dealing with different commercial sectors for achieving the sales plan
5- Responsible for applying all the health and safety measures during the production process.
6-sticking to all the related S.O.Ps concerning the production process.
7-responsible for preparing budget requirements concerning the production department.
8-participate in the development plan required for the company.
9-prepare and participate in any auditing internal or external.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc . of pharmacy .
- minimum 13 years pharmaceutical production experience from them minimum 2 year as production manager.
- sterile and non sterile )Tablet,Capsules&syrup) background is preferred.
- Strategic thinking and leadership skills.
- Excellent English language and computer skills.
- Excellent awareness of GMP requirements.
