Job Description
- Enter, review and process routine accounting data for revenue and expenditures.
- Review and report financial transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with law requirements, and standard accounting and audit procedures.
- Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Analyze, reconcile, balance and maintain accounting records to make sure there is no inconsistency.
- Preform bank reconciliation.
- Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
- Follow-up and receive payments from clients and record all related transaction on company system.
- Issue accurate invoices by consolidating with the sales department.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
- Assist in preparing office budget.
- Assist in cost controlling.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting English Section.
- Minimum 3 years working experience.
- Previous experience in a startup company is preferred.
- Very good knowledge of the Egyptian Tax Law.
- Very good English and computer skills.
