Job Description
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary.
- Maintain local domain, print, file servers using Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016.
- Troubleshoot for printers.
- Deliver IT Services through Ticket System.
- Maintain CCTV solution.
- Maintain IT data sheets with IT assets.
- Build network diagrams to be updated.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related field.
- 1-2 Years of experience .
- Excellent command of English.
- Good knowledge of hardware and software.
- MCSA, CCNA are preferred.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends.
- Have positive attitude.
- Cooperation & Teamwork spirit.
