Job Description

  • Your role will be to deliver scripted telephone sales to generated leads resulting in profitable sales and satisfied customers. You will be calling incoming leads, following up on outstanding quotes for a successful conversion, and managing the subscription process by liaising with internal departments.
  • Dealing directly with the clients at our branches, answering their inquiries in a polite and professional manner.
  • Will make sure that every customer you speak to puts the phone down feeling like they’ve had a preview of our excellent programs and services.
  • Answer questions about our services or the company.
  • Ask questions to understand customer/company requirements and close sales.
  • Enter and update customer/company information in the database.
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet the sales quota and facilitate future sales.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • The candidate Must have At least 1 year of sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to achieve the target.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
  • Time management skills.
  • Moderate computer and google sheets knowledge.
