Job Description
- Responsible for achieving a pre-set marketing target/return to the company.
- Initiation and development of products/ business relationships with different schemes to generate business in different industry sectors including vendor finance programs and other approved programs by AT LEASE.
- Assessment of the market opportunities and target market.
- Promoting & managing newly introduced products/programs to the market.
- Prepare and present the product benefits to new prospect companies.
- Provide efficient customer service standards and maintain ongoing relationships with existing lessees.
- Evaluate the customer’s financial means to achieve a favorable risk/return relationship.
- Responsible for all aspects of the lease transaction until the closure of the deal (legal, credit approval, funding, documentation… etc.)
- Create new marketing channels for the company's products.
- Preparing all required amendment memos for approved clients.
- Prepare comprehensive Basic Information Reports (BIR) on all visited clients & Know Your Customer Reports (KYC) on all approved clients.
- Follow up on the performance of accounts and solve any problems to ensure on-time collection
- Follow-up on disbursement of funds to the client.
- Review performance and objectives with the marketing manager
- Supervising the performance and progress of newly hired marketing officers and communicating this to the Marketing Head.
- Coach newly hired marketing officers and ensures daily monitoring of their performance and progress
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Economics/ Business Administration
- Minimum 6 years experience in a similar field
- Excellent command of both English and Arabic
- Credit certified is a plus
- Must possess good leadership and analytical skills.
- High negotiation and influencing skills
