Job Description
- Manage and monitor the human resources functions regarding Training, Organizational Development, and Recruitment & Selection.
- Lead the onboarding & Offboarding processes. (Hiring Documents, Bank Accounts, Social Insurance, Etc….)
- Consolidate Medical & Life Insurance Claims.
- Prepare job offers as per salary structure.
- Handle employees’ inquiries and requests.
- Handling internship process.
- Preparation of any required reports.
- Conduct Interviews for new candidates.
- Provides data for Headcount reporting.
- Revise leaves submitted in local payroll system (Annual, Casual, Sick, Exceptional)
- Monitor Locals employment contract renewals.
- Ensure Lease Contracts for expatriates are renewed.
- Updates, maintains, and develops HR personnel files for all staff to ensure completion of supporting documents.
- Assist in payroll monthly life cycle (overtime, deductions, etc…)
- Insure the application of any Human Resources policies.
- Handle the contract renewal, inquiries, communication, audit of any outsourced company that provides labors for Colas Rail-Egypt.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in infrastructure, rail, construction or industrial sector.
- Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages,
- Very good knowledge, and experience in handling of web-based management systems.
- Very good Knowledge in the Egyptian Labor Law.
- Arabic & English is a must, French is a plus.
