Job Description

  • Greet people entering the building, answering any questions, providing directions and alerting staff when someone is there to meet or visit them.
  • Answer a multiple line phone system, manage calls by routing them to the proper extensions or taking messages and delivering along with setting up conference calls as requested.
  • Manage the building log of who is entering and exiting the building.
  • Supervising on office boys and Cleaners staff and on their performance in terms of standards of cleanliness and their behavior whilst on duty.
  • Accept deliveries and courier, organize them to be distributed to the correct recipients and ensure they get to the recipient in a timely manner while also managing outgoing mail and packages for pickup.
  • Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the building or calling in on the phone.
  • Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter.
  • Being the point of contact for suppliers and ensuring office supplies and resources are restocked for office boys and Cleaners.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings of the meeting rooms.
  • Assist new applicants who come into the building to apply for positions, including providing them with applications, pens and clipboards along with any reference material they may need.
  • Handle filing and data entry as requested or any other clerical duties necessary to keep the office running.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Data entry skills.
  • V. Good in English (Reading, writing, and speaking).
  • V. Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
