Job Description
- Understanding customers’ diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs
- Develop relationships with New Prospects by leveraging personal and business networks.
- Coordinate client needs with various internal resources and teams.
- Lead technical discussions in client meetings across multiple levels and disciplines to identify business and technical needs, issues and priorities.
- Report on performance and activity to sales manager.
- Attending industry events, conferences, and seminars to network and stay abreast of the latest industry developments
- Ensure customer retention and happiness with the service offerings the company provides.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical or electro-mechanics engineering, or related field.
Experience in technical support and sales for 1 to 3 years
Familiar with Enterprise Resource Planning programs and tools.
Familiarity with Solidworks and AutoCAD is a plus.
A confident, natural leader and problem solver with demonstrated critical thinking and collaboration skills.
Strong command of English language and good communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
