Job Description

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
  • Answer telephones and respond to inquiries via telephone or email
  • Book meeting rooms and arrange meetings , set up conference calls and take messages and minutes during meetings
  • Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying
  • Write emails, memos and letters and archive document 
  • Implement and/or develop office procedures and record systems

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration 
  • 2 years’ experience as a secretary or Administrative Assistant
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent in English speaking and writing
