- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Answer telephones and respond to inquiries via telephone or email
- Book meeting rooms and arrange meetings , set up conference calls and take messages and minutes during meetings
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying
- Write emails, memos and letters and archive document
- Implement and/or develop office procedures and record systems
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
- 2 years’ experience as a secretary or Administrative Assistant
- Proficiency in MS Office programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent in English speaking and writing
