Job Description
- Quantity Survey & Shop drawing preparation.
- Manage submittal drawings with subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance.
- Keep accurate records.
- Resolve project matters.
- Monitor the budget.
- Subcontractors, invoices.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree of Electrical,mechanical engineering.(preferable AUC , GUC , Cairo Ain Shams ,Helwan universities)
- A Bachelor's degree in
- Computer proficiency : Auto Cad ,Word & excel are must.
- Proven experience with technical drawings and details.
- Applicants living in Giza will be given preference.
- 5 or more years commercial projects experience especially VRF systems.
- Superb creativity , vision , and problem- solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and self-confidence.
- Extensive experience working on engineering projects Commercial and Retail projects (Call Centers , Banks, Malls …. etc).
- Ability to make decisions in high- stress situations.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- Curiosity and a growth mindset.
