Job Description

As an  ERP Finance Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for the implementation of DIRAC ERP at new customers and provide ad-hoc consultancy services for existing customers. You will analyze and review customer needs to map the requirements to the capabilities of our ERP system. You will help ambitious service-centric organizations manage their business in the area of the Digital Revolution by providing an Enterprise solution that unlocks people’s potential to tackle challenges and capture opportunities.

  • You configure and customize DIRAC Finance / ERP modules to achieve the customer’s business requirements.
  • You provide proper training to users and implement a solution that fits the way people work.
  • You ensure proper documentation and prepared guidelines to provide the ability to modify the software on ongoing basis.
  • You liaise with product managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements, or ideas to help them innovate.
  • Implement process improvements with systematic solutions
  • Educate end users on effective use of financial systems features and applications.
  • have a presentation, communication  and demonstrations skills 
  • problem solver, creative thinker, and interested in learning their clients' business
  • Provide product support and training. 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in a computer-related field such as Computer Science or Business Administration, accounting 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience selling and implementing mid-market accounting/ERP applications 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong conceptual, analytic and problem solving skills as well as project and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must be a team player and be able to effectively interact with staff at all levels of the firm and have a follow-up and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment
