Job Description
- Managing projects, creating time schedules, distributing and following up tasks with team members.
- Meeting with clients and learning their need requirements, budgets, ....
- Brain storming concept design with design team that meets client satisfaction within budget and project's time frame.
- Creating mood boards with selected finishes, furniture, lighting solutions and all interior decoration.
- Visualizing 3D perspectives & producing materials sample boards.
- Coordinating all trades related to the interior design with the client, structure, mechanical and electrical systems, lighting, acoustics ....
- Prepare, revise working drawings & tender documents through all project phases from conceptual to construction documents.
- Initiating and creating AutoCAD system for working drawings, coding system, symbols, annotative blocks, dimensions, sheet set, ....
Job Requirements
- BSc Degree in Architecture Engineering is a must.
- Experience 7-9 years in Interior Designing.
- Software skills: (AutoCad – Photoshop – 3Ds Max and V-Ray) is a must.
