Job Description
- Design the annual plan for (maintenance, agriculture, and security) and its budget and send it to the Operations Sector Manager for approval.
- Follows up the implementation of the annual plans to ensure their implementation based on the approved plan and budget.
- Implement the general policy of the university with regard to operation and maintenance work.
- Develop technical standards for maintenance services work at all university facilities.
- Review the offers submitted by contractors for construction and maintenance services.
- Supervise the local companies that the university contracts with for maintenance services.
- Develop and upgrade the university's infrastructure and systems.
- Follow up on the development of security plans in coordination with the Security Director.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Previous experience in Facility Management field or construction is preferred
- Good knowledge in health and safety.
- Very good English language
- Team management experience.
