Job Description

  • Manage the analysis & diagnosis for workflow, jobs and full time equivalence to advice the most effective organization structure and individual competency model that appropriately integrated and aligned with strategic business goals.
  • Design and deliver OD initiatives that support building a sustainable high performing team.
  • Work closely with people managers to support performance improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for performance improvement
  • Oversee the annual appraisal process, monitoring compliance with the timetable and working with the Head of HR to ensure consistency of quality in appraisal documentation.
  • To contribute to the development of policies and procedures in collaboration with the Head of HR
  • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance Appraisals and consultation with line managers.
  • Organize training (send invitations; establish locations with the traveling company)
  • Delivering training programs to company employees on soft skills
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs using surveys, questionnaires, interviews and by observation, in order to plan future courses or to amend existing ones
  • Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
  • Determine the most efficient and cost-effective sourcing methods to recruit candidates for assigned positions.
  • Follow staffing processes to include job description review, sourcing contacts, screening,
  • Providing general support to the all HR functions. scheduling interviews, processing evaluations, conducting reference checks, extending offers and closing candidates to gain offer acceptance.
  • Coordinate employee on-boarding process.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor degree in a related field 
  • HR Diploma or Certificate is a must

Experience:

  • 5 years experience in HR 
  • Experience in the training field is an advantage

Language:

  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English

Computer Skills:

  • Proficient computer user especially Microsoft Office package

Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work quickly and under pressure
  • Able to manage a varied workload
  • The initiative to work on your own or as part of a team to meet the deadlines
