Job Description

We are looking for a professional Customer Care Team Leader who is responsible for providing outstanding customer service by leading and motivating their team and developing loyalty programs to increase customer satisfaction.

An experienced Customer Care Team Leader to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the organization. The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations.

The goal is Improving customer service experience, creating engaged customers and facilitating organic growth, Taking ownership of customers issues and following problems through to resolution, Setting a clear mission and deploying strategies focused towards that mission.

Responsibilities

 

  • Setup & develop customer service channels, service procedures, policies and standards
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
  • Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports, mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
  • Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement

Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work with rotational shifts
  • Min years of exp: 2-5 years of experience with minimum 1 year as a TL in an offshore call center
  • We are looking for Team Leaders who can provide not only a superior customer experience , but can also demonstrate operational excellence (service level, quality, productivity, policy adherence, etc.)
  • Leadership Skills

  • Max. age is 35.
