Job Description
- Update organizational structures with any changes.
- responsible for all recruitment process from Sourcing, interviewing, selecting appropriate staff, and employment offers.
- initiate and modify job descriptions and specifications are updated for each position and matched with company objectives.
- Assist in Identifying training needs, development plan for the staff.
- Assist in developing PMS and setting Performance Development plan accordingly.
- Analyzes employees' turnover in each unit to know its reasons and suggest ideas to minimize it.
- conduct Exit interviews and initiate quarterly analysis
- Assist in setting succession plan for key positions and retention plans.
- Actively support the implementation of business initiatives and business needs with effective HR measures and promote positive employee relations in the work environment.
- Support on employer branding plan and develop sourcing methods
Job Requirements

- Bachelor degree.
- 3-5 years experience in Solid Talent Management
- Manufacturing or FMCG background.
- Experience in blue collar hiring is must.
- Communication skills.
