Job Description
- Review the project material list and proposed vendor list .
- Study the aspects, BOQ (bill of quantities), drawings and RFQ.
- Follow up with the Subcontractor/Suppliers to receive the offers/quotations.
- Negotiate with subcontractors technically, to insure the compliance of the officer with all project requirements as mentioned in the RFQ.
- Follow up on the approval of the materials submitted and mockups with the production.
- Create monthly and quarterly reports to be presented to the management.
- Coordinate with production Managers to check the production conditions and handle the requirements needed from the Procurement department at the factory.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant .
- Background in electrical manufacturing .
- Very good in excel .
- 10 of Ramadan residents or near areas .
