Inspect fresh fruits at the station and farm level to ensure compliance with client specifications and quality standards.
Monitor the sorting, grading, and packing processes, ensuring consistency and adherence to requirements.
Work closely with farmers and farm teams to address any quality issues at the source.
Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and ensure they are met throughout the process.
Conduct on-site quality checks at farms during harvesting and ensure products are suitable for export.
Document inspection findings and prepare detailed quality assurance reports for each shipment.
Train farm and station staff on handling, sorting, and packing procedures to maintain product quality.
Collaborate with the loading and warehouse teams to ensure only approved goods are processed for export.
Stay updated on export regulations and client-specific standards to ensure compliance.
Communicate any issues or delays promptly to clients and management and propose solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in fresh fruits quality control or agricultural quality assurance, including on-farm inspections.
Strong knowledge of sorting, grading, and packing processes for fresh fruits.
Familiarity with international export standards and farm-to-station quality control practices.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify quality discrepancies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, farm teams, and station staff.
Ability to travel to farms and work on-site when needed.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
