Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries, providing accurate information about services and products.
- Validate customer interest and assess potential leads for follow-up.
- Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining a positive company image.
- Document and maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
- Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and customer preferences.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all interactions.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in Arabic; Excellent English language skills.
- Male Candidates are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Working Days: 5 days on, 2 days off (rotating shifts)
