Job Description
- Assess and analyze report/dashboard requirement and feedback with feasibility and effort needed
- Develop business reporting requirements using Cognos and free hand SQL
- Develop Insightful Dashboards using Cognos/Tableau
- Cooperate with other teams to fulfill business user requirements
- Maintain the requests status using the tracking tool and make sure to close requests within the SLA
- Take full responsibility for key reporting areas, producing relevant/useable information to enable recipients to make informed business decisions.
- Ensure weekly/monthly reports delivered accurately and on time, so users will always have the latest, most up to date information/analysis.
- Proactively seek to develop self. Look to improve technical skills, industry/Future knowledge and analytical techniques.
- Work to develop existing reports and improve departmental efficiency, without compromising quality or accuracy.
- Investigate and seek to resolve any identified data integrity issues, feeding the analysis back to the source of the issues to attempt to remove possibility of reoccurrence.
Support different business departments with all Ad-hoc requests, in order to fulfil various business needs.Experienced in building BI Reports using Cognos and Tableau
- Strong experience in building insightful visualization and Dashboards
- Advances business Analyst who can transform business requirements into technical implementation
- Strong experience in one of the standard Telecom data warehouse models (Teradata CLDM, IBM TDW, Oracle OCDM, etc.)
- Advanced SQL experience and query optimizations to handle huge amount of data
- Advanced experience in Java scripting mainly for visualization capabilities
- Agile / SCRUM methodologies
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Interpersonal skills
